Use of the car catalog (hereinafter: "the Catalog" or "the Site") is conditional on your agreement to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, please refrain from continuing to use it. The text is worded in the masculine for convenience only and refers to all genders.

1. Who operates the Catalog

The Catalog displays the car inventory of Pro Car (hereinafter: "the Dealership") and is technically operated by Nayad (hereinafter: "the Operator"). The cars, prices, photos and descriptions are entered and managed by the Dealership. Any purchase transaction, if one takes place, will be made with the Dealership only.

2. Nature of the service

The Catalog is a digital showroom: it lets you browse cars, filter and sort them, save cars to a personal list and leave your details so the Dealership can get back to you. It is not possible to buy a car or pay through the Site, and the display of a car on it is not a binding offer for sale.

3. Car information

• The information, photos and prices are provided by the Dealership and may change at any time without prior notice. Despite our efforts to be accurate, errors, inaccuracies and update gaps may occur.
• A car displayed in the Catalog may be sold or removed from inventory at any moment. We recommend confirming the car's availability, price and full details with the Dealership before making any decision.
• The price shown is an asking price. Unless stated otherwise, it does not include expenses such as transfer of ownership, fees, insurance or ancillary services.
• Some car data (such as year, number of owners and licensing details) comes from the Ministry of Transportation's open databases and from the Dealership's input. Photos are for illustration; the buyer should verify the car's actual condition, including any defects, through their own inspection and a professional inspection of their choice.
• The model, color, equipment and other details in photos or descriptions are not a commitment by the Dealership or the Operator, unless expressly set out in a written contract.

4. Monthly payment and financing

• The monthly payment shown next to each car is a marketing estimate for illustration only. It is not an offer, a financing approval or a commitment on the part of the Dealership or the Operator.
• Financing is provided by regulated lenders (supervised by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority) and is not provided by the Dealership. The terms (interest, term, down payment) vary according to the customer's credit rating and are subject to the lender's approval.
• Failure to repay the loan may result in default interest charges and enforcement proceedings.
• The actual amount, if approved, will be set out in the loan documents presented to you by the lender, and only they are binding. We recommend reading them carefully before signing.

5. Contacting the Dealership

• Leaving your details in the Catalog (name, phone and, optionally, interest in financing or a trade-in) is a request that we get back to you. It does not constitute an engagement or a commitment by either party.
• You declare that the details you provided are correct and that they are yours, or that you have consent to provide them.
• After you send the inquiry, on devices that support it, a WhatsApp chat with the Dealership will open. Use of WhatsApp is subject to the WhatsApp terms.
• A valuation for a trade-in car, if given, is subject to an inspection of the actual car and is not binding.
• Please do not provide sensitive information beyond what is required in the Site's forms (such as credit card details or an ID number). The Site does not ask for them.

6. Saved cars list and history

The list of cars you saved, the cars you viewed and your recent searches are stored in your browser only. Clearing your browser data, or switching to another device, will erase them. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Permitted use

Use of the Catalog is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• copy, duplicate, distribute, publish or sell content, images or data from the Catalog, including by means of robots, scrapers or any automated tool, without prior written permission;
• perform any action that may overload the systems, interfere with their operation, or bypass security measures or restrictions;
• use the inquiry form for harassment, spam, or providing false details of others;
• make any use of the Catalog that is contrary to the law.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, its code, the trademarks, and the images and content that appear on it belong to the Operator, the Dealership or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Use of the Site does not grant you any right in them, other than permission to view them as set out here.

9. Links and external services

The Site refers to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Waze and link sharing, and loads fonts from a Google service. These services are subject to the terms and privacy policies of their operators, and we are not responsible for them or their content.

10. Limitation of liability

• The Site and the information on it are provided "AS IS", without any commitment to accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the information on the Site, from unavailability of the Site, from malfunctions, disruptions, viruses or loss of data, or from third-party services.
• We are not responsible for any transaction made with the Dealership or with a lender, nor for commitments, the condition of the car or the financing terms.
• The provisions of this section are subject to the law and shall not detract from rights that cannot be waived by law, including consumer protection law.

11. Site availability and changes

We make an effort to provide a continuous service, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or parts of it at any time. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be published on this page with the update date, and continued use constitutes agreement to it.

12. Accessibility

We work to make the Site accessible. Details on the adjustments and how to contact us appear in the Accessibility Statement.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

The use of the Site is governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or to the use of the Site.
